Billing Rates
Our charges for services are based upon many
different circumstances. Richards &
Associates take into consideration other factors
to ensure a fair and appropriate bill. All
of our clients receive a detailed monthly
invoice for services performed whether the
matter is of short or long duration. We
make this procedure clear and uncomplicated.
Our hourly billing rates start at $155.00 and
increase depending upon the experience level of
the assigned attorney and the complexity of your
case. Our monthly invoices allow you to
review the cost of representation concerning the
matters we handle on your behalf. The
charges on each monthly statement are due and
payable within thirty (30) days of the statement
date, unless the client has made previous
arrangements with their attorney. Payments
may be made by credit card.
