writing to be enforceable according to this
statute

on your real estate until it is paid in full
- Judgment Liens - Lawsuits
filed against you and concluded in a
judgment against you can be used to put a
hold on your real estate similar to a
mortgage and can be used to foreclose on
your property if not paid
